How far is the property from the airport?
Mahogany Breezes is a 15-20 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM), depending on traffic. Only between the weekday hours of 5-7:30pm would the commute be longer due to traffic.
Does the property provide any ammenities?
Of course! Mahogany Breezes comes equipped with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap for every suite. We also provide fresh towels. Our laundry facilities have laundry detergent and fabric softener, along with a selection of cleaning supplies if needed. Our kitchen comes stocked with cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil etc. For coffee, we provide a Nespresso coffee machine and the equivalent coffee pods.
Do you have a minimum night stay?
Yes, the minimum nights stay for our villa is (3) nights.
Does the property have Wifi?
Yes, we have complimentary password-protected wifi throughout the entire villa.
How far away is the property from local attractions?
We have created a dedicated local guide for all our guests to discover the amazing surrounding sights. Being located in Savannah you are closer to the best wildlife and historical experiences in Cayman. On-site, we have also created a duplicate physical map which provides local insider knowledge of the best things to do!
What time is Check-in?
Our standard check-in time is 3pm. If you'd like to check-in early please contact us and we will accommodate based on availability.
What time is Check-out?
Our standard check-out time is 10am. Once again, if you'd like to check-out late please contact us and we will accommodate based on availability.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at this time due to the fragility of the local wildlife.
Is smoking allowed?
No, we do not allow smoking at the property.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes! We have an extremely spacious driveway which allows for up to six cars parked on our paved area and an additional three parked on the gravel area. We also have a half turning circle for easy manoeuvring.
How far is 7-mile beach?
7-mile beach is a 20 minute drive from the property. Only on the weekdays from 6am to 9am would traffic make the commute longer.
Would you advise to rent a car?
Yes, we would advise that all guests rent a car in order to be able to explore the island fully.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, for each stay we require a USD $2500 refundable security deposit. You will be sent a secure payment link via email 14 days from your booking date to collect this security deposit and it will be refunded back to your card 7 days after check-out pending inspection for damages or missing items.

Do we have quiet hours?
Yes, between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
What is your cancellation policy?
